Pandemic Response

Hi. Adam Small here from Agent Sauce and today I’m going to show you how to quickly and easily send a pandemic response email.

As you can see I’m already logged into the Agent Sauce portal and I am on the email campaigns tab, and what we’re going to do first here is click on new campaign and then we’re going to select a themed template campaign, and as you can see, we’ve got a couple of categories here and the bottom category at the moment is pandemic.

So we’re going to click on that and you can see we now have three different options here. All the content is very similar for each. The big difference is that the photo is different, and then our third option, Corona email team is actually team oriented. So it says, we and us instead of I and me. So if you’d like, you can actually just click on these and see a preview of each of the emails just like this, and you can see the photo, the content and then it’s branded for you.

This would actually have your image, your contact information and your logo and you can look at each one of them and see them, and then here you can see this is actually the team version of it.

Once you have selected the email that you like, you just click on the select button next to that template and you give it a name and I’m going to go, Corona one here and I’m going to hit create campaign and then we have to create subject and I’m going to do, how can I help, and select a date and time that you want to send it and then a list. We’ll select newsletter and then hit our next button and now we’re actually on the email designer itself and as you can see we’ve got our pre header, our image, and then our content here and if you like what you see, you don’t want to edit it, you can just hit the next button and go right on.

Now if you want to change some things up, you can change the picture just by clicking on the edit image button there. If you want change the content, you hit the edit text button here, pulls up the content and you can actually just come right in here and start typing and change that up however you like. I’m not going to do that right now. I’m just going to say, “Hey, I like it as it is,” and I’m going to hit my next button, which gives me a preview of the email and then I’m going to hit my next button again and now we’re at our send page and basically all we have to do is confirm that all the settings are right on this page.

Our campaign name is right, Corona one and our recipients. This email is going to list newsletter and that’s correct. Our subject line, how can I help? We can even pop up a little preview here and then our delivery date and time looks good. So the first thing we want to do is send ourselves a test email and we’d click on that and then we just put our email address in here.

Hit that send test button and what happens is, is in our inbox we get a preview of this email and if we’re happy with it, we can just go ahead and push on that schedule campaign for delivery button and the email will be delivered when that date and time comes. If we’re not happy, we just hit one of those edit buttons there and fix whatever it is we’re not happy with and that is how you send a pandemic response email.
