Manage CRM Notifications

The Agent Sauce CRM has a few notification settings to help keep you on track. We have notifications for SMS/Text Leads, Toll Free Leads as well as daily and weekly action item, campaign, e-card and leads email summaries and details. To manage these:

Login and go to your “Profile” page by clicking on your photo in the upper right corner.

Select the “Edit Profile” from the dropdown list.

Select the “Notifications” tab.

SMS/Text is a plus/pro feature. Enter the phone number that you want to be notified whenever someone texts a home code number from a listing rider. Or select “Do Not Send Text notifications” if you don’t want to receive a text notification.

Email is a plus/pro feature. Enter the email address that you want to be notified whenever someone calls a home code number from a listing rider. Or select “Do Not Send Email Notifications” if you don’t want to receive an email notification.

Connect to Number is a plus/pro feature. Enter the phone number that you want the lead to be connected to when a lead calls a home code number from a listing rider and presses the “1” button.

Daily Activity Report is a for all accounts. Turn this on to receive a detailed daily report that provides a snapshot of the most current activity in your Agent Sauce account.

Weekly Progress Report is a for all accounts. Turn this on to receive a weekly summary report that provides a snapshot of the last weeks activity, last 30 days activity and open activity in your Agent Sauce account.
