In this video we show you how to add custom fields for collecting data on your contacts.

You can access Custom Fields by clicking on the person icon in the upper left corner of the portal. The go to the “Custom” tab and the “Custom Fields” sub tab.
Custom Fields are listed here in a table format. Click on the “Pencil” icon to edit a Custom Field. Here you can change the field name, type, and list items. List items are one per line.
Clicking on the “Trash Can” icon will prompt you to make sure that you want to delete the Custom Field. Once you confirm, the Custom Field will be deleted.
Click on the green “Add Custom Field” button to a new custom field. You can define the field name, type, and list items. List items are one per line.
