Changing or adding credit card information in our system is an easy process.
Start by clicking on your photo in the upper right corner of any page once you are logged in to the portal.
Click on the “Edit Billing Info” item from the drop down list.
This takes you to a page that provides you with the last 4 digits of the cards that you have on file and their expiration date.
To add a new card, enter the card number, select the card type, and expiration date. The check the boxes indicate if you want this card to be used for your monthly account billing or on demand billing, or both.
Click the “Update Billing” button.
Monthly Billing pays for the monthly recurring charges related to keeping your account active.
On Demand pays for the additional services and orders that are initiated on an as needed basis.
Your credit card will be as “Connective, LLC” or “Connective Mobile”
