The real estate referral engine is a PLUS account feature that enables you to send an email to a contact requesting a referral. You can then track the referrals in the system so that you know who is referring and who they referred.<\/p>\n<p>To get started click on the &#8220;Contacts&#8221; menu item in the left navigation bar.<\/p>\n<p>Select a contact to request a referral from by clicking on the &#8220;Pencil&#8221; icon.<\/p>\n<p>Click on the &#8220;Request Referral&#8221; button to request a referral from this contact.<\/p>\n<p>This takes you to the &#8220;Referral Request&#8221; page. The contact&#8217;s name and email address are at the top of the page to show you who you are working with. <\/p>\n<p>By default we provide a subject and email template to get you started. These are both editable and customizable. Once you are done making changes click on the &#8220;Next&#8221; button in the upper right corner.<\/p>\n<p>This is a preview page. This shows you the email with your header profile and the &#8220;Refer Someone Now&#8221; button. If you are happy with the email click on the &#8220;Send Referral Request&#8221; button in the upper right corner. The referral request has now been sent to the contact. <\/p>\n<p>Once the contact clicks on the &#8220;Refer Someone Now&#8221; button they are taken to a landing page where they can fill out a form to make the referral.<\/p>\n<p>When a referral is made you will get an email with all of the information provided by the contact. You can also see your referrals by clicking on the &#8220;Referrals&#8221; menu item in the left navigation bar.
